Manchester based developer Cube Homes is celebrating after receiving accreditation from the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB).
Cube is now a live registered developer with the NHQB and covered by the New Homes Ombudsman Service. NHQB is an independent not-for-profit body founded to oversee reforms in the build quality of new homes and customer service provided by developers.
The NHQB was formally set up in January 2021 with board members drawn from consumer bodies, the lending industry, Homes England, independent members, developers and providers of new home warranties. Since then, significant progress has been made with a New Homes Ombudsman Service now established and a new industry code of practice – the New Homes Quality Code.
Cube recently completed a wide-ranging review of all of its procedures and training to ensure they were compliant with the code and to provide buyers additional confidence when purchasing a Cube property.

Cube Homes will soon be launching its latest development of nine new homes in the historic village of Lymm, Cheshire. The Hawthorn Grange development will have a selection of four and five bedroom homes and prices will be announced soon.
