Cube Homes and the project team welcomed local ward councillors to its Chorlton Grange development for a progress visit showcasing the transformation of the former school site into luxury housing.
Ward councillors John Hacking, Tina Kirwin-McGinley and Mathew Benham joined Cube Homes representatives, including Executive Director of Growth Helen Spencer, and other attendees on a tour of the High Lane development.
Cube Homes is creating 22 new homes, comprising 14 four-bedroom townhouses, six two-bedroom apartments, and the retention and refurbishment of Carlton House, a heritage building being converted into two townhouses.
The majority of the homes are for market sale, with four available for shared ownership.
During the visit, the Cube Homes team outlined key construction progress, sustainability features and upcoming project milestones.
