Customer Journey

Cube Homes want your home buying journey to be as smooth and as enjoyable as possible; by keeping you informed and at ease throughout the process. Here is what you can expect from us along the way.

Step One

As soon as you have selected your brand new Cube Home and made your reservation, your home buying journey with us begins. We will work with you closely throughout the whole process, offering you support every step of the way.

Step Two

A couple of weeks before completion, you will be invited to a demonstration of your brand new Cube home by a member of our customer care team to run through everything you need to know. We will explain how everything works and how best to care for your new property.

Step Three

Seven days before completion, you will be invited to your new home with a member of our customer care team to walk around the property – an opportunity for you to ask questions along the way.

Step Four

The most exciting day of your journey.. your Completion day! The day you get your keys and move into your brand new home. You will meet with our Customer Care team who will hand over the keys.

Step Five

After 7 days, you will be contacted by Customer Care to see how things are going and how you are settling in. This will be an opportunity for you to raise any queries you may have about your new home.

Step Six

After 6 weeks in your new home, you will be contacted by our Customer Care team who will be able to chat through anything you wish to discuss relating to your Cube home.

Step Seven

At Cube Homes we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and value your feedback on how things have been for you. After 6 weeks in your home we will send you a customer satisfaction survey for you to tell us all about your Cube Homes experience – your feedback is so important to us.
